Update Marist Asia Foundation

In dit bericht lees je de enthousiaste reactie van de Marist Asia Foundation op onze goede-doelen-actie!

Een tijdje terug heeft Marianum een mooi bedrag van € 6.117,- ingezameld voor het goede doel, een school in Ranong (Thailand). Ton Bun, contactpersoon voor de Marist Asia Foundation, heeft deze check in ontvangst genomen in juli (zie dit bericht). Inmiddels heeft de Marist Asia Foundation het bedrag ontvangen en geeft onderstaande enthousiaste reactie:

Firstly may I share a very big thanks for the wonderful support for our Burmese Migrant children and families. This will be incredibly useful as we make plans for welcoming more students and employing more teachers in the new school year. Our Burmese Migrant Secondary Programme is so popular that we can only accept half of the number of students applying…. so we wish to welcome more in March 2020. 

Een mooie motivatie voor ons als school om ook dit schooljaar weer leuke acties en activiteiten te bedenken voor ons goede doel!
